About IWCC-CIWC

The International Women's Coffee Coalition is dedicated to empowering women in coffee-producing communities worldwide.

Our Mission

We believe that when women thrive, entire coffee communities thrive. Our mission is to break down barriers and create opportunities for women across the coffee value chain.

Through education, training, and access to resources, we help women coffee producers, processors, and entrepreneurs build sustainable livelihoods and become leaders in their communities.

Stories of Change

Hear from the women whose lives have been transformed through our programs.

Before joining IWCC-CIWC's program, I struggled to make ends meet with my small coffee farm. Now, with the training and support I received, my yields have doubled and I've been able to send all three of my children to school.

Maria

Maria Gonzalez

The leadership training gave me the confidence to start my own coffee cooperative. Today, we have 35 women members and our coffee is sold internationally at premium prices.

Amina

Amina Diallo

Access to microloans through IWCC-CIWC allowed me to purchase better processing equipment. My coffee quality improved so much that I now export directly to specialty buyers in Europe.
